Woven Palm Fiber Napkin Ring - Natural (Set of 4)

These napkin rings are woven from palm fiber by Fair Trade–certified artisans in Bangladesh. The material is uncolored — the warm tan tone is the fiber itself — which means no dyes to worry about at the table. Each ring is roughly 2 inches wide and 2 inches tall; because they are handmade, expect small differences in shape and weave from ring to ring.

Palm fiber is a plant material, so at the end of its life a ring that's free of synthetic coatings can go into a home compost pile, though breakdown time will vary by conditions. We don't have packaging details from the supplier, so ask us before ordering if that matters to your decision. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and keep out of prolonged direct sunlight, which will fade the fiber.
