• You can browse and shop. If you buy something, the order is between you and Poplar&Main.
• We try hard to be accurate about products. We're not perfect — read warranties for the binding promises.
• Pricing errors happen. We reserve the right to cancel an order placed at a clearly mistaken price (with a full refund).
• Don't abuse the site. No scraping, no impersonating us, no using our brand to mislead.

1. Acceptance

By using poplarandmain.com you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy and cookie policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases.

3. Product information

We make every effort to describe products accurately. Sustainability attributes are sourced from suppliers and certifying bodies; we curate for credibility but do not independently test every product. The supplier's warranty governs product performance; ours, where applicable, supplements rather than replaces it.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in the currency shown on the product page. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at clearly mistaken prices with a full refund. Availability is shown in real time but may change between order placement and fulfillment; if we can't fulfill an order we'll notify you and refund.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by sending order confirmation. We may decline orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, shipping limitations).

7. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, design, code) is owned by Poplar&Main or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other IP laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission. The Poplar&Main name and brand are trademarks; please don't use them in a way that suggests endorsement we haven't given.

8. Acceptable use

• No automated scraping or bulk download of site content.
• No attempts to circumvent security or rate limits.
• No impersonation, harassment, or unlawful activity through the site.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Specific product warranties are governed by the supplier and (where applicable) us as the seller.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

Governing law will be specified here once the operating entity is registered. In the interim — while the site is a working-title preview and no commercial orders are being accepted — no enforceable sale has occurred that would require a governing-law clause.
