This laundry detergent from The Home Farm is built on saponified coconut, olive, and jojoba oils, with organic aloe vera, rosemary extract, and a blend of essential oils including orange, cedarwood, lavender, lemon, lime, tea tree, and eucalyptus. It is concentrated — 1/3 cup per load — and the vendor notes it works gently on silks, wool, and fine fabrics with a mild whitening effect. Made in the USA (verify with vendor before publishing).

It comes in a 16 oz glass jar with a metal cap, both widely recyclable through municipal programs, though acceptance varies by location — check your local guidelines. The glass jar can also be reused or returned if The Home Farm runs a take-back program. Trade-off: saponified oil formulas can leave residue in hard water, and there is no third-party surfactant safety certification disclosed.
